      Now ... while many knows ... Prof. Stokes ... and use its Theorem in many forms ... few listen about Navier ... In fact, I Giovanni did not know his name is on the Eiffel Tower.

      Years of preference on the Software Industry ... up to the point to produce an Operating System ... instead of years working like a Professor of Mathematics in full time make difference in many ways ... and there are advantages and disadvantages ... What is important is ... to reach the results.

       The first person that in Modern Physics ... and Modern Physics is a reboot that do not yet touch its climax ... we are still in "The Age of Carbon" ... was Daniel Bernoulli.

          He, Daniel publish a book in 1738 titled, Hydrodynamica in Latin ... there are an English, German translations.

          There are some fear ... about the ...

        These Navier-Stokes ... are not full used because Prof. Einstein removes the Aether ... and this removal ... avoid important development that just few ... may be a dozen or less of Scientists develop ... considering both ... Aether ... its Vortexes ... Aether like a Fluid of Electromagnetic Energy ... like Albert Einstein suppose and then change opinion ...

          In fact, was Rene Descarte ... the Philosopher Scientist that first of others talk about "Aether Vortex" ... in the year 1644.

         Today we have a Problem ... called "Navier-Stokes Equation Problem" ... related to ... Fluid Dynamics ... or Dynamic of Fluids ... where ... basically Water or Air are considered ... not Aether.

     Not necessarily many persons know Riemann ideas or works on Electromagnetism.

     ... this show an Hidden Panorama about this Genius ... know and popularized ... basically from its Zeta Function which according to the Russian Mathematician "Nikolsky" is but a recent attribution ... but we can let Riemann takes credit also for his Zeta Function ... extended ... adored ... and unsolved.

    Georg Riemann also publish a couple of Volumes on PDE (Partial Differential Equations) ...

    You can ... or cannot ... read this book in German (better read) ... but what is important is to understand that "Time" (Zeitin German)

    Now ... "t" ... time ... has a speed like Aether ...

    And therefore ... we have two mistakes:

  • One Mistake from the Past (Aether) ... and
  • One Mistake from the Future (the need of a new variable to measure the speed of Time) ...

   Conclusion ... the PDE ... or Partial Differential Equation ... need a review ... and PDE are just a provisional tool.
